1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation will not be possible.
- You must place a cancellation request as soon as possible after placing the order.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
- Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund applicable as no payment was made.
4. Auto-Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- There is a failed payment or address verification issue.
- Delivery is not serviceable to your pincode.
In such cases, you will be informed and any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
