1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation will not be possible.
  • You must place a cancellation request as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • Please share the order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm the status and process the request if eligible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund applicable as no payment was made.

4. Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • There is a failed payment or address verification issue.
  • Delivery is not serviceable to your pincode.

In such cases, you will be informed and any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
