GAFFIT is dedicated to ensuring the prompt, secure, and pristine delivery of your products. Our shipping policy provides complete transparency regarding delivery schedules, associated costs, and logistical arrangements.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India, including all major cities and tier-2/tier-3 towns. For remote locations, delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner reachability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold or on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations post-dispatch.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order placement.
  • Delivery time varies by location:
    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    • Other Cities: 3–6 business days
    • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
  • Delays may occur during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
  • You can also track your order in the My Orders section on www.gaffit.in.

5. Packaging & Quality Check

All GAFFIT products are packed with care and pass through multiple quality checks before dispatch. Packages are tamper-proof and sealed to ensure product integrity.

6. Failed Deliveries / Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
    • Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts.
    • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
    • Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned for global delivery options in future.
