1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect product.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging or damaged seals.
  • Free samples, promotional items, or gift packs.
  • Product returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Share the order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will verify the issue and initiate pickup or request return shipment (wherever applicable).
  • Once approved, you'll receive confirmation and next steps via email or phone.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

  • Refunds are issued only after quality verification of the returned product.
  • Once we verify the return product we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting necessary account details.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We will deliver replacement product within 6-7 days

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a free replacement for:

  • Damaged or defective items.
  • Wrong item shipped.

Replacement will be shipped once the original product is returned and approved.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
